Warranties Matter

Van Adams Jewelers provides a warranty on all your jewelry purchased from us (1 year for non-bridal/fashion jewelry and lifetime for bridal jewelry). This warranty covers manufacturers defects in material or workmanship (but it does not cover neglect or abuse).  The periodic inspection of your jewelry purchase is the best way to safeguard against potential problems. Regular upkeep of your jewelry is required to maintain your warranty.  This includes paying for any normal repairs required due to wear, damage, or abuse.

Best way to clean jewelry? Bring it to us!

We recommend having your diamond ring cleaned and inspected every six months or if it undergoes any potential trauma. Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge, even if you purchased elsewhere.
