At Van Adams Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your own expense.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition.

You have 15 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable state to be accepted for return. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.
All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free of defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 30 days of receipt. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase to spend at our store. Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. Gemstones, including diamonds, are not covered by this policy and are sold as-is. Any damages not due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible.

Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Any product that has been built or altered at your request (including ring re-sizing and diamond upgrades) falls under this category and as such is not eligible for exchange.

I have been with Van Adams since 2007 when I had my engagement ring done. Almost years later my sister and I have entrusted them with the appraisals of my mom’s and Grandma’s jewelry when my mom passed. They take such great care of every piece I have ever brought them to clean, appraise or fix. I will continue to go with them for years to come.

I requested two rings that needed repair because one of the bands broke and both had a missing small side diamond. It took two weeks because it was over Christmas holiday. The staff were very professional and nice. I am also satisfied with the work and appreciate them cleaning the rings and making them shine again. The price was reasonable as well.

Highest recommendation for Van Adams Jewelers! I would never go anywhere else for new jewelry or repairs and/or adjustments on other pieces. I work most often with Connie on their sales team, and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are fair and competitive, and the jewelry is unique and gorgeous! I highly recommend Van Adams Jewelers and everyone on the sales team--they are courteous, honest and professional. If you go there, you will agree and won't want to go to any other jeweler!

My fiancé, Tony, and I visited Van Adams Jewelers to purchase our wedding bands and had a great experience. Connie and Van had helped Tony create the most beautiful engagement ring. When we came back for wedding bands Connie was able to help us find the perfect rings. She was super knowledgeable and has such an eye for these things. We sat down and she handed me a ring to try and it was absolutely perfect. She let me try a few others and I kept going back to her first pick. Such a fun and easy experience. The entire staff was kind helpful and respectful.

I\'ve shopped at Van Adams 2 times now. The first was a spontaneous \"treat yourself\" visit in the fall of 2020 when I purchased a pair of white gold hoops from Connie. I didn\'t spend a lot, yet the service was great and she made quite an impression. Most recently my husband and I paid her a visit after he was grossly overcharged for a pair of diamond studs at a different jewelry store. I called ahead to chat with Connie about my concern and we agreed it was worth coming to take a closer look. In the end we purchased an exquisite pair of natural diamond studs at Van Adams. They were of a finer quality and better value. We received the same warm service whether spending a hundreds or thousands of dollars.

We have been using Van Adams as our jeweler for years. Every piece that we have ever purchased has been worn with pride. Most of our jewelry are Van\'s creations and I always receive the most compliments and questions about where the item was purchased. Van recently created a one-of-a-kind pendant to replace one that was stolen. It is more beautiful than the original. Not only is Van our jeweler, but we consider him a personal friend. He is a wonderful person and a true artisan. His staff is amazing as well. We are moving to Cumming soon, but Van will continue to be a friend and our jeweler!
