For my wife’s birthday - we took in an old watch and black onyx band - wondering how it might be fashioned into a bracelet. My wife hadn’t worn it in 30 years. We had a guess as to what to do but Craig Roll and the jeweler had a GREAT idea for adding an onyx stone where the watch works had been and adding a new clasp. When it was ready, the smile on my wife’s face said it all. Five stars all around - customer service, personal attention, quality of their work, and a reasonable price. I’d give ten stars if I could.

I\'ve shopped at Van Adams 2 times now. The first was a spontaneous \"treat yourself\" visit in the fall of 2020 when I purchased a pair of white gold hoops from Connie. I didn\'t spend a lot, yet the service was great and she made quite an impression. Most recently my husband and I paid her a visit after he was grossly overcharged for a pair of diamond studs at a different jewelry store. I called ahead to chat with Connie about my concern and we agreed it was worth coming to take a closer look. In the end we purchased an exquisite pair of natural diamond studs at Van Adams. They were of a finer quality and better value. We received the same warm service whether spending a hundreds or thousands of dollars.

We have been using Van Adams as our jeweler for years. Every piece that we have ever purchased has been worn with pride. Most of our jewelry are Van\'s creations and I always receive the most compliments and questions about where the item was purchased. Van recently created a one-of-a-kind pendant to replace one that was stolen. It is more beautiful than the original. Not only is Van our jeweler, but we consider him a personal friend. He is a wonderful person and a true artisan. His staff is amazing as well. We are moving to Cumming soon, but Van will continue to be a friend and our jeweler!
